Who is this experience best for?

The LabX Dance Collective is designed for dance leaders across all settings, including but not limited to dance teachers, studio owners, elementary, middle, and high school coaches, collegiate and competitive team coaches, team leaders, and program directors who are committed to strengthening performance, culture, leadership, and long-term program sustainability.

Is there a limit on how many coaches can attend?

No, there is no attendance cap for the FREE Webinars or the Deep-Dive Lab.

Do I need to attend all sessions?

While each session stands on its own, attending all sessions provides full experience and the greatest value.

What should I bring to the sessions?

Come prepared with a notebook, open mind, and examples from your own program.

How interactive are the sessions?

Highly interactive. Expect discussion, reflection, live Q&A, collaboration, and problem-solving with other coaches and facilitators.

Will I receive any materials or resources?

Absolutely! Participants in the Deep-Dive Lab will receive exclusive resources, practical tools, and bonus downloads designed for immediate implementation with their teams.
Participants in the FREE Webinars will receive session highlights, guided reflection prompts, and an actionable strategy to support growth and planning.

Can I get a refund for the Deep-Dive Lab?

All sales are final. However, if you are unable to attend the scheduled session, your payment may be transferred to a future paid LabX webinar. Please note that future sessions may differ in pricing from your original purchase.

Is there a bundle option if I’m registering multiple dance leaders in my organization for the Deep-Dive Lab?

Consider it done! We’re happy to offer a $9 discount per additional dance leader for programs registering multiple members.

For example, if your program registers 3 members, you will receive $18 off the total registration cost.

To receive the discount, please email proof of staff affiliation to info@thelabxcreative.com.

Examples of acceptable proof include:

A document on letter head of your team’s official leadership roster

A school or organization website listing the leadership staff

A signed letter or email from an administrator or program director

A recent document showing staff names and roles

Once we receive and verify your proof, we will send you the payment link to complete your registration.

Is there another payment option for the Deep-Dive Lab

Certainly! Alternative payment arrangements may be available and must be discussed by January 20, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST, one week before the event. To make an alternative payment arrangement, email us at info@thelabxcreative.com with the subject title “Alternative Payment Arrangement Options.”
